Elevate your impact supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a welcoming school setting located near Alma, AR. This onsite contract opportunity allows you to make a difference throughout the academic year, providing expert behavioral analysis and intervention for students in need.
Utilize your BCBA expertise to design and implement effective strategies that promote positive behavioral outcomes while collaborating with dedicated educators and school staff. This position is offered as a contract for the school year, and a single opening is available. Interviews are conducted virtually for your convenience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification and licensure required
- Previous experience working with children or students in a school or clinical setting preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA methodologies and data-driven intervention planning
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct support and guidance to students, teachers, and support staff
- Train and supervise staff in implementing behavior plans and ABA principles
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and professionals regarding student needs and progress
