Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Prior experience delivering behavior analysis services in school settings highly preferred
- Commitment to working onsite throughout the academic year
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and flexibility in adapting behavioral intervention plans
Responsibilities:
- Assess student behavior and develop individualized intervention plans in line with best practices
- Work closely with educators and families to implement effective behavioral supports
- Monitor student progress, providing updates and professional guidance to team members
- Conduct training and offer resources for educators and staff related to behavior management
- Maintain accurate records, confidentiality, and compliance with school policies
