Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Proven experience developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans within educational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school teams
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and data-driven analyses
- Ability to train and mentor staff in behavioral strategies and interventions
- Demonstrated flexibility and resourcefulness in problem-solving and adapting to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments for students and develop comprehensive, individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure strategies are integrated consistently across environments
- Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions to maximize positive outcomes
- Provide professional development, coaching, and hands-on support to school personnel
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and support compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
