About the Opportunity
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based position in Dallas, TX for the 20262027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators and support staff to provide high-quality behavioral services that help students thrive academically and socially.
Responsibilities
Supporting various school site(s) based on the fluid needs throughout the district
Working with general education and special education students
Provide training to staff and supervise RBTs
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Texas licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
