Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• Current, valid state license to practice as an Audiologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for children and adolescents
• Strong communication skills for working with students, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential records
• Previous experience in school settings is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Perform hearing screenings and in-depth audiological evaluations for students
• Fit and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices as prescribed
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Develop and deliver educational materials regarding hearing health and conservation
• Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications
• Maintain clear documentation of services provided and progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
