Job Description

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Current Audiologist license in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to conduct a range of diagnostic assessments, including hearing evaluations and auditory processing tests
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation is a plus

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing screenings and evaluations for students across various ages
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Recommend, fit, and maintain assistive listening devices and hearing aids as needed
  • Monitor students progress, maintain accurate records, and provide timely reports
  • Offer professional guidance on classroom acoustics and auditory accessibility
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
