Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• Valid and current state audiology license or eligibility
• Prior experience working with children or in school environments preferred
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Strong communication skills and an ability to consult with educators and parents
• Comfort with comprehensive hearing assessments and a wide range of audiological services
• Ability to collaborate and adapt within dynamic school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audiological evaluations, screenings, and diagnostic tests for students
• Interpret results and provide recommendations to support students educational needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor hearing-related interventions and accommodations
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure appropriate services
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Assist in the development and implementation of IEPs by providing expert input
• Educate school personnel and caregivers regarding hearing loss and related technologies
