Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an audiologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within schools
• Strong knowledge of hearing screening tools, FM/DM technology, and assistive listening devices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, families, and other professionals
• Ability to provide comprehensive assessments, intervention, and consultation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for students, including auditory processing and screenings
• Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids, assistive devices, and classroom accommodations
• Collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, and IEP teams to develop support strategies
• Provide guidance and training to staff and families regarding hearing loss and listening devices
• Ensure timely documentation of assessments, recommendations, and interventions in compliance with school policies
• Monitor ongoing progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
• Consult on room acoustics, noise management, and inclusive learning environments
