Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an Audiologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in school settings or pediatric environments preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, students, and families
• Up-to-date on audiological assessments and best practices in educational audiology
• Comfortable with individualized education plans (IEPs) and documentation requirements
• Adaptable and organized, with exceptional problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and screenings for students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
• Recommend, fit, and monitor amplification devices or hearing aids as needed
• Provide auditory training, counseling, and support to students and their support networks
• Participate in meetings, evaluations, and educational workshops
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support student progress and compliance
