Qualifications & Desired Experience

  • Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited Audiology program
  • Valid state licensure as an Audiologist (or eligibility)
  • Previous experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with school-based assessment, intervention, and documentation practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations for students in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Develop, implement, and consult on auditory management and intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsincluding teachers, special education staff, and parentsto identify and support students auditory needs
  • Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with school policies and regulations
  • Provide training and resources to school staff related to hearing health and equipment
