What Youll Bring:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
- Valid audiologist license for the state (or eligibility)
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing screenings and comprehensive auditory evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized audiology plans in conjunction with IEP teams
- Collaborate with educators, speech-language pathologists, and families to address students unique auditory needs
- Recommend and assist with hearing aids, FM systems, and other assistive hearing technologies
- Provide training and resources to staff and parents regarding hearing health and accommodations
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in meetings and contribute to student case reviews as needed
