Job Description

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current licensure as an Audiologist in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited program
  • Experience in pediatric or school settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to conduct hearing screenings, diagnostic evaluations, and manage amplification devices
  • Skilled communicator, comfortable collaborating with students, families, and school staff
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, student-centered mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform hearing screenings and comprehensive audiological assessments for students
  • Fit, program, and troubleshoot hearing aids and assistive listening technology
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Provide training and resources to staff and families on hearing loss, equipment use, and classroom accommodations
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Stay current on best practices in educational audiology
