Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as an Audiologist
• Experience working in educational or pediatric settings is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
• Ability to carry out hearing evaluations, interpret results, and recommend assistive technologies or interventions
• Passion for fostering inclusive, accessible learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing screenings and diagnostic assessments for students
• Advise staff, students, and caregivers on hearing health, hearing aids, or assistive devices
• Develop and implement individualized hearing intervention plans in partnership with educational teams
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Serve as a resource for ongoing training and support regarding auditory and communication needs in the school setting
