Key Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an audiologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) preferred
• Previous experience in educational or pediatric settings a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide assessment, diagnosis, and management recommendations for students with hearing impairments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing screenings and audiological evaluations for students
• Interpret results, prepare reports, and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams
• Recommend, fit, and manage hearing amplification devices and assistive technology
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and outside providers to develop strategies and accommodations for students
• Provide in-service training and resources to school staff regarding hearing loss and classroom adaptations
• Monitor student progress and provide ongoing consultation as needed
