Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Audiologist license and credentials
  • Masters, Doctorate, or equivalent degree in Audiology
  • Experience working in school settings or pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and families
  • Passion for supporting students auditory health and educational success

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hearing assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students
  • Fit and manage hearing aids and assistive listening devices as needed
  • Work as part of an educational team to develop and implement IEP goals
  • Provide consultation and develop resources for staff and families regarding hearing loss management
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports as required
  • Participate in school meetings and provide in-service training as needed
