As a valued clinician, you will:

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• Masters degree in Audiology
• Active state license to practice and to fit/repair hearing aids
• ASHA certification (or qualifying waiver)
• Minimum of five years experience in school-based or equivalent pediatric audiology settings
• Successful completion of state-mandated exam
• Ability to pass all background and fingerprinting requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive audiological assessments, fittings, and troubleshooting, with Mission Academy serving as your home base
• Offer support and consultative services to a cluster of campuses, occasionally traveling within the district as needed
• Collaborate with staff and itinerant teachers to coordinate services for approximately 50 students ranging from early childhood to high school
• Maintain timely documentation and clear communication with support providers, students, and faculty
• Work closely with your assigned district liaison for scheduling and logistics
• Flexible scheduling of 1520 hours per week, split across two to three days with adaptable timing
