What were looking for:
Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
Hold or eligible for relevant state audiology licensure
Excellent communication skills for working with students, parents, and staff
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in educational or pediatric audiology settings preferred
Ability to administer and interpret hearing screenings and evaluations
Collaborative attitude for working within interdisciplinary teams

Primary responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and screenings for students
Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and assistive technology
Develop and implement individualized educational strategies for students with hearing loss
Offer counseling and guidance to students, families, and staff regarding hearing health
Maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student success
Stay current with best practices and advances in audiology relevant to school settings
