Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility as an audiologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA, or working toward certification
• Prior experience providing audiology services in schools or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and manage hearing and auditory processing disorders in school-aged children

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Interpret test results and provide recommendations to educational staff, families, and other stakeholders
• Recommend and help implement classroom accommodations, assistive technology, and educational modifications
• Provide counseling to students, families, and staff on hearing health, hearing aid use, and auditory skills
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and administrators to foster students access to curriculum
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal regulations
