Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure (or eligibility) as an Audiologist
- Experience performing audiological assessments with children and adolescents
- Knowledge of hearing aids, cochlear implants, and assistive listening devices
- Familiarity with IEP process and educational accommodations
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct hearing screenings and comprehensive assessments for students
- Interpret test results and provide reports for educators and families
- Collaborate with teachers, speech-language pathologists, and school psychologists to support student success

- Develop and implement individualized educational plans for students with hearing loss
- Educate school staff and families on hearing health and classroom strategies
