Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid California Adaptive Physical Education Teacher Licensure required
  • Experience working with students from TK through 8th grade a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for helping every student reach their fullest potential
  • Ability to create and implement individualized PE curricula based on student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver adaptive PE instruction to a diverse TK8th grade caseload
  • Assess, plan, and modify activities to support students physical and developmental growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student progress
  • Document and track outcomes, meeting all state and federal guidelines
  • Foster an inclusive and encouraging environment for all learners
