Job Description

Make a difference as an Adaptive Physical Education Teacher, working onsite to support students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade. Key Qualifications:

  • Valid California Adaptive Physical Education Teacher licensure required

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver adaptive physical education lessons tailored to individual student goals

  • Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
  • Foster skill development, coordination, and physical fitness for students with varying abilities
  • Adapt equipment and activities to promote participation and safety for all students
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing communication within the multidisciplinary team
