The contract spans from August 11, 2026, through June 4, 2027, aligning with a standard 184-day academic calendar and providing 35 hours of on-site work per week.

Qualifications:

  • Valid California teaching credential specific to Adaptive Physical Education required
  • Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students with diverse physical and developmental needs
  • Proficiency in adapting and modifying physical activities to ensure accessibility for all students
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to travel to multiple school locations
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, educators, and parents
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized adaptive physical education programs for students with varied abilities
  • Deliver instruction and facilitate activities that promote motor skill development, fitness, and overall wellness
