Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Adapted Physical Education or a related field.
• Valid state teaching credential with APE endorsement.
• Experience working with students requiring adapted physical education, preferably across K-12 classrooms.
• Ability to modify curriculum and activities for diverse abilities.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized physical education plans for students with varying abilities.
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and multidisciplinary teams on student goals and inclusion.
