Now Hiring: Behavior Technician (ABA Experience Required) Compton, CA
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Behavior Technician for a full-time, school-based position in Compton, CA. This role is ideal for candidates with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience who are comfortable providing direct behavioral and academic support to students in a structured classroom setting.
Job Details:
Location: Compton, CA
Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday
Start/End Date: TBD
Setting: School-based
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and/or small group behavioral support to students
Implement behavior intervention strategies under staff direction
Support skill-building, classroom engagement, and daily routines
Collect data on student behavior and progress as needed
Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and support staff
Important Onboarding Information:
If selected, candidates must complete full district onboarding prior to starting
Includes California fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
Candidates must be prepared to pay approximately $80 upfront for fingerprinting
Reimbursement will be provided on the 1st or 2nd paycheck
Once onboarding and clearances are completed, placement may be immediate
In some cases, assignment may depend on caseload availability and could take 1 week1 month
