Step into an engaging contract position supporting students during the 2026-2027 school year in the Grand Blanc, MI area. If youre experienced in ABA therapy, paraprofessional support, or as an ABA therapist, your skills are needed to foster inclusive educational experiences and help children succeed, regardless of ability.

As part of this assignment, youll have the opportunity to be matched with students 1:1 in a variety of settingsfrom severe, self-contained classrooms to general classrooms working with mild-to-moderate needs, spanning all grade levels. Your flexibility is valued, with thoughtful consideration given to your preferences and strengths.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in ABA therapy or paraprofessional roles within school settings.
• Able and willing to assist students with daily activities, similar to a health aide for those with cognitive impairments (including toileting/diapering needs).
• At least 60 semester hours of college credit (with official transcripts) OR an associate degree or higher, OR a qualifying ETS Parapro Assessment score (460+), OR SAT scores (480+ EBRW/530+ math).
• Willingness to work full-time, 37.5 hours weekly (exact schedule may vary by building).
• Open to working with students with a range of needs and ages.
• Comfortable participating in virtual interviews.
