School-Based Paraprofessional
We are looking for a caring and dependable Paraprofessional to support students in a full time, school setting position. In this role, you will work one-on-one and in small groups with students who have diverse learning and behavioral needs. You will help students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support
- Assist with classroom activities
- Support behavior and routines
- Help implement IEP goals
- Encourage student engagement
- Document student progress
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Associates degree or certification preferred
- Experience with children or special needs preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and proactive mindset
