Job Description
This position offers an opportunity to provide specialized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support to a 5th grade student within an elementary school setting in Clifton Park, NY. As a practitioner with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials, you will play a key role in delivering evidence-based interventions that promote student growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA techniques tailored to the individual needs of the student
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to ensure continuity of care and maximize effectiveness
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Current NY ABA credentials as an RBT or BCBA required
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite within a school environment
- Ability to commit to part-time, onsite hours totaling 10 per week
