Bring your passion and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to a rewarding, full-time contract opportunity supporting students on the autism spectrum in dynamic school settings near Boston, MA. We are seeking three dedicated ABA professionals ready to make a difference within specialized and inclusive educational programs.

Current Opportunities:

• High School: Immediate need in a small-group substantially separate program for students with autism (minimal behavior concerns). Position runs until early March.
• Middle School: Starting November 20th, support a substantially separate program with students exhibiting complex behavioral profiles. District provides safety-care training if needed. Eight-week assignment.
• Elementary School: Also starting November 20th, support students with autism within a general education environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong ABA skill set required.
• Must hold a BT credential (no paraprofessional roles available).
• RBTs welcomed, but supervision under a BCBA is not availablecandidates must be comfortable with this.
• Prior school-based ABA experience is essential.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute comfortably to the school locations.
• Must be able to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the selection process.

Responsibilities:

• Implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with special education teams and general education teachers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Foster a nurturing and structured environment for student growth.
• Participate in regular communication with staff and families as appropriate.
