Job Description

School-Based Behavior Technician (BT)

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to support students in a school setting. This role focuses on providing 1:1 behavioral support, implementing behavior plans, and helping students succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students with behavioral needs
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collect data and track student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities in a school-based or clinical setting

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
