Job Description

I am prescreening School Social Workers for a full time job in Oak Forest, Illinois for the upcoming school year. The hours will be form 8am-3pm Monday through Friday working with kids ages 6-21 years old. This is a great and supportive district looking to add someone to the team who has good collaboration skills.

SSW Job Requirements:

PEL w/ School SW Endorsement
School experience preferred

School Social Worker Job Skills:

Managing a caseload which might include both general education and special education students
Providing individual and group services
Addressing needs ranging from familial to socio-economic to academic
Participating in evaluation and assessments to determine eligibility for special education services
Managing IEPs
Provision of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
