Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a School Social Worker for a position in the Fenton, MI area. Join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of students within the Fenton community.

Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' social and emotional needs
Developing and implementing individualized plans to address students' challenges
Providing counseling and support to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties
Collaborating with educators, parents, and community resources to support students' overall well-being

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work
Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Social Worker
Previous experience in school-based social work preferred
Strong communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills
