Job Description

Sunbelt is looking to hire a full time social worker in Cambridge, Minnesota. As a School Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the social-emotional development and overall well-being of students.

Qualifications

Active Minnesota School Social Worker license
Master's degree in Social Work or related field
Experience working with students school or preferred
Knowledge of social-emotional learning principles and evidence-based counseling techniques

Job Duties

Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
Conduct assessments to identify students' strengths, needs, and risk factors
Develop and implement interventions and support plans to address students' social-emotional needs
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create a positive and inclusive school environment
