Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking an Immediate School Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team near Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting their educational and behavioral needs. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and provide direct support to students with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral challenges in a school setting.
Full-Time/ Contract
August 2024 - May 2025
Responsibilities:
- Caseload:
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other members of the educational team
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current CA Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and/or other behavioral challenges preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
