Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a qualified School Psychologist to join our dynamic team and make a positive impact on the lives of students near Fredericksburg, TX.
Part-Time/Contract
2024-2025 Next School Year
Job Responsibilities:
- 7 hours per week; With an additional 2 days per month
- 7 hours of counseling per week (1 day)
- 2 days per month for evaluations
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate students' academic and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Provide counseling services to students on an individual or group basis.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate plans.
- Support a positive and inclusive school environment by promoting social-emotional well-being.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
- Texas LSSP
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
