Job Opportunity: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School Setting

Location: Evanston, IL

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a school setting. The RBT will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Provide one-on-one support to students with behavior challenges, focusing on skill development and behavior management.
Collect and record data on student progress and behavior using established protocols.
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior analysis and intervention.

Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a valid certification.
Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
