Job Opportunity: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - School Setting

Location: Evanston, IL

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in a school setting. The RBT will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with behavior challenges, focusing on skill development and behavior management.
  • Collect and record data on student progress and behavior using established protocols.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior analysis and intervention.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a valid certification.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
