Facility Overview:
Our center is equipped with a robust PCC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to enhance patient care and streamline processes. With no specific scrub preference, we prioritize your comfort while ensuring quality patient care.

Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse in our long-term care unit, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive care to our senior residents. Your dedication to their well-being and your clinical expertise will help us continue our tradition of excellence.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting.
BLS certification is required.
Valid RN license in the state of Maryland

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to our residents.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor resident conditions and communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and their families.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our PCC EMR system.
