Qualifications & Experience:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an RRT in acute care settings
- Valid state respiratory care license (or eligibility)
- Proficiency with ventilator management, airway clearance techniques, and acute respiratory intervention
- Strong teamwork, documentation, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory therapy interventions for patients across continuum of care: from emergency departments to ICUs
- Assess patient needs and respond to rapidly changing clinical situations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to optimize care plans
- Perform diagnostics, monitor equipment, and document all therapy delivered
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health management

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
