Job Description

Make a difference each night by providing critical care to patients as an experienced respiratory professional. Your expertise as a Registered or Certified Respiratory Therapist is sought for a key role delivering high-quality therapy and monitoring within an established healthcare environment.

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week
• 12-hour night shifts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
• Active and valid state licensure
• Demonstrated clinical competence in respiratory therapy across all age groups
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience managing ventilators, administering aerosol medications, and emergency response is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and provide treatment according to physician orders
• Monitor, adjust, and document ventilator and oxygen therapy
• Conduct arterial blood gas sampling, analysis, and interpretation
• Participate in rapid response and code blue situations
• Deliver patient and family education on respiratory care
• Maintain meticulous records in the electronic health system
• Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
