This opportunity offers an engaging environment for a skilled Respiratory Therapist passionate about pediatric care. As a key contributor, you'll deliver specialized respiratory therapy services while working alongside a team of dedicated professionals.

Schedule:

• Night shift: 18:3007:00
• Rotated weekends
• 13-week contract
• Immediate start

Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Previous experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with a focus on pediatrics (PEDs Respiratory Therapist)
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy to neonatal and pediatric patients in a clinical setting
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory disorders, following evidence-based guidelines
• Administer therapeutic procedures, including ventilation management, airway care, and emergency interventions as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary staff to develop and adjust patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about respiratory care best practices and home management when appropriate
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
