Join a dynamic short-term acute care setting dedicated to delivering exceptional respiratory care. This contract opportunity is tailored for experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) ready to make an immediate impact in a specialized environment.

Schedule:

• Night shifts: 3x12-hour (19:00 07:00)
• Weekend coverage: Rotating basis
• Guaranteed hours with a maximum of 12 hours call off per two-week period

Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee Respiratory Therapist license required at start
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist, including recent acute care practice
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• NRP certification and nursery experience are preferred, enhancing your ability to support the departments needs
• First-assignment professionals will not be considered; this role is for experienced individuals only
• Must be located outside a 50-mile radius
• Pending licensure is not accepted

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory care for a diverse patient population in a 232-bed facility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Paragon charting to document and track patient progress
• Maintain compliance with facility protocols, including smoke-free campus guidelines and professional appearance standards
