This position is ideal for a Registered Respiratory Therapist seeking to broaden their expertise, manage complex cases such as ECMO, and support critical patient care initiatives.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling; on-call days, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
  • At least 2 years of recent pediatric RRT experience
  • Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP, BLS (AHA)
  • Proven expertise in airway management and advanced respiratory procedures
  • Strong collaborative and independent work capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive respiratory care therapies, including airway and ventilator management, oxygen and aerosol therapy, and advanced procedures per established protocols
  • Deliver bedside pulmonary function testing, tracheostomy and endotracheal care, and perform arterial punctures
  • When assigned, provide critical transport for pediatric and neonatal patients and advanced interventions such as IV, chest tube insertion, and ECMO management
  • Act as a knowledge resource for colleagues and contribute to ongoing department excellence and staff learning

$1,853 - $2,028/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
