Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
• Certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Current BLS certification
• Previous experience in acute or critical care settings strongly preferred
• Excellent assessment, communication, and patient education skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy procedures and manage ventilators in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and assess patient responses, modifying therapy as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans
• Conduct diagnostic testing, such as arterial blood gases and pulmonary function tests
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
• Educate patients and families on safe, effective respiratory care techniques
