Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients with respiratory disorders
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including ventilation management and administration of respiratory medications
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment following the latest safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use
• Accurately document all assessments, treatments, and patient progress

Qualifications:

• Valid RRT or CRT credential
• Current state licensure (or eligibility)
• Recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Proficiency with ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and other respiratory therapy equipment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• ACLS/BLS certification preferred

$2,001 - $2,189/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
