- Travel assignment, flexible duration and shifts
Key Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Current state licensure and credentials in good standing
- Experience in both basic and critical respiratory care
- Ability to function independently, as well as provide leadership to others
- Proficiency with electronic medical records, patient flow sheets, and documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a full spectrum of respiratory therapy services to adults and geriatric patients
- Provide direct care for respiratory diseases per physician orders and department policy
- Accurately complete all required charting, charges, and documentation for each patient
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and patient-centered care
- Supervise and support team members as delegated
