Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required
Key Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand before start)
- PALS certification required; NRP optional
- Current or recent (within last 12 months) critical care experience
- Proven ability to manage a robust caseload
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Experience with EPIC or similar EHR systems
- Willingness and flexibility to float within skill set, potentially to nearby locations within a 40-mile radius
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert respiratory care in a critical care setting
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and administer therapy according to physician orders
- Accurately document patient information via EPIC
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patients respiratory health
- Flexibly float to different units or nearby facilities as required
