Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week assignment
  • 36 hours per week guaranteed
  • Night shifts: 12-hour and 8-hour options, 06301500 or 06301900
  • Every 2nd or 3rd weekend
  • Orientation starts 5/6

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current RRT or CRT with a Wisconsin license
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum 3 years respiratory experience
  • Recent NICU clinical background and competency in emergency/critical care
  • Current EPIC charting experience (within last 12 months)
  • Resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, high-level respiratory care to pediatric and adult patientsincluding critical and neonatal populations
  • Float to partnering facilities and units as census demands (within clinical competency)
  • Maintain impeccable documentation and workflow using EPIC software
  • Uphold best practices while adapting to new environments and leadership styles
