Schedule/Hours:

  • Night shifts: 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
  • Rotating weekends/holidays: Every 3rd weekend
  • 13-week assignment, start date: 5/11
  • No on call/call back required

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT license); WI RRT required
  • Minimum 3 years critical care experience; NICU experience strongly preferred
  • ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Proficient with EPIC charting (within past 12 months)
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, emergency environments; social and resilient
  • Covid-19 vaccination required (exemptions considered)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory care in critical care, emergency, and NICU environments
  • Float between facilities and units as directed according to patient census and skill set
  • Maintain professionalism and adaptability in a collaborative, patient-focused setting
