Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend (EOW)
- Every other holiday (EOH)
- Flexibility to float to nearby sites as needed
Qualifications:
- Active WI Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand before start date)
- PALS certification required
- NRP certification optional
- Current or recent critical care experience (within the last 12 months)
- Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload
- Travel assignment experience preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records
- Willingness to float within skill set and to affiliated facilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients in critical and acute care settings
- Assess, monitor, and treat individuals with respiratory disorders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Accurately document and track patient data using EPIC
- Adapt quickly to fast-paced, dynamic environments
