Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required
Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist licensure required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
- PALS certification required; NRP certification optional
- Recent critical care experience (within the last 12 months)
- Proven ability to manage a demanding caseload
- Travel healthcare experience preferred
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
- Flexibility to float within skill set or to other nearby sites
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused respiratory care in a fast-paced critical care setting
- Administer, monitor, and adjust respiratory treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans
- Accurately document patient progress and interventions using EPIC
- Adapt quickly and effectively to shifting assignments and locations as needed
