Schedule/Hours:
- 6:30am 7:00pm shifts
- 6:30pm 7:00am shifts
- No call requirement
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active PA Respiratory Care License
- Registered Respiratory Therapist credential
- Critical care respiratory experience is required
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to critically ill patients
- Perform assessments, treatments, and documentation following best practices
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Operate advanced respiratory equipment and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families on therapy options and care plans
