Schedule:
- Night shift: 3 x 12-hour shifts (7p7a)
Required Skills and Experience:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure
- Minimum of two years experience in the field
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric, NICU, and adult emergency/critical care settings
- Current ACLS & BLS certifications
- Must reside at least 50 miles from assignment location
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver respiratory care and therapy per physicians orders, ensuring high standards of safety and effectiveness
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations of the cardiopulmonary systemincluding specimen analysis, physiologic data interpretation, and related testing
- Oversee the management, treatment, education, and rehabilitation of patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities
- Apply and monitor medical gases, ventilatory support, artificial airway care, bronchopulmonary hygiene, and pharmacological interventions across all care settings
- Support cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and hemodynamic cardiovascular support initiatives
