This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Respiratory Therapist ready to deliver comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients. Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Demonstrated experience providing respiratory care for adult and geriatric patients
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to supervise respiratory staff as assigned
- Skilled with electronic medical records and strong documentation practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver basic and critical respiratory care services according to physician orders and department policy
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance in all phases of respiratory therapy
- Complete patient records, documentation, flow sheets, and related paperwork accurately
- Supervise or guide others as delegated
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
